Turning Expertise
Into Influence

We help organisations turn their people into trusted, visible voices, from individual executives to employee advocacy programmes at scale.

Audiences engage with people before they engage with brands. We help the people inside organisations share their expertise and build credible, trusted digital presence.

From fully managed executive visibility to employee advocacy at scale, we combine strategy, content and ongoing support to build influence that lasts.

Trusted by Leaders and Organisations

We work directly with leaders at every level: founders, senior executives, and high-potential leadership ready to approach their influence with the same strategic intent they bring to every other critical function.

They have a rare ability to take complex technology stories and make them engaging, relevant and easy to understand. Our expertise

The Strategy Behind Trusted Voices

We combine platform expertise, editorial strategy, and data to guide organisations and individuals towards creating an influential digital presence that shows consistent credibility on digital platforms.

Executive Visibility

We work with CEOs, founders and senior leaders to define their positioning, develop their voice and create content that builds meaningful visibility and influence.

Social Platform Natives

We know what earns attention on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, and what quietly kills reach. Our founder helped build LinkedIn’s Top Voices programme, so the guidance your team gets is platform reality rather than best-practice theory.

Strategically Aligned

Employee content only works when it is pointed at something. We sit with your comms and marketing teams every month to map launches, partnerships, events and industry moments onto a shared editorial calendar so what your people post stays genuinely theirs, and still moves the business forward.

Analytical by Design

We measure at two levels. How the content performed, and how the programme itself is running. Reach, engagement and audience growth per contributor, alongside participation rates, publishing consistency and where the cohort needs more support. All benchmarked against your industry and the competitors your audience already follows.

Our Baseline is Success

A programme that publishes is not success, that is the baseline. We are aiming at content that gets replies from the people you are actually trying to reach, contributors who keep going long after the novelty wears off, and a system your team can eventually run without us.

Human-Written, AI-Supported

Every piece of content is written by a person who has spoken to the employee whose name goes on it. We use AI where it genuinely helps (research, first-pass structure, repurposing) and never to generate a post in isolation. It is the clearest line between what we do and what an advocacy platform does.

How it works

Building the Systems Behind Influence

The PROLIFIC Method

Our six-stage framework takes advocacy from ad hoc to structured and gives employees the ideas, guidance and support to share company and industry stories in their own voice, at a standard the business is happy to stand behind.

P: Position & Potential Audit

Map who is already active, who holds credible expertise, and which company stories are going untold.

R: Rare & Authentic Narrative

Define each contributor’s distinct point of view, so the programme can scale without every post sounding the same.

O: Originals – Pillars & Prompts

Build the content pillars, formats, templates and prompt libraries that make publishing a five-minute job.

LI: Launch & Internal Enablement

Onboard the cohort, run the workshops, and stand up the toolkits, calendar and support channel that keep everyone publishing.

F: Framework for Risk & Trust

Agree who speaks on what, how often, and with which approvals so comms, legal and brand can all say yes.

IC: Impact Check - Index Review & Value

Re-score participation, reach and business impact, then bring the next cohort in.

The result is a repeatable system that builds individual credibility and organisational reach at the same time.

How we work with you

1

Discovery & Stakeholder Alignment

A working session with your comms, marketing and people teams to understand business priorities, the stories worth amplifying, and who inside the organisation is ready to publish.

2

Programme Design

Cohort selection, creator personas, content pillars and an editorial framework built around what your employees can already credibly talk about.

3

Enablement or Full Editorial Support

Choose creator toolkits and coaching so employees publish independently, or human-written content produced with them and for them. Supported by AI where useful, never generated by it.

4

Activation & Ongoing Support

Monthly editorial planning, content reviews, office hours and a live Slack or WhatsApp channel — keeping the cohort publishing consistently without anyone having to chase them.

5

Measure, Refine, Expand

Participation and performance reporting, top-performing content reviews, editorial recommendations, and a roadmap for bringing the next cohort into the programme.

Case studies & results

Turning Organisational Activity into Authentic Advocacy

Advocacy across a whole team, a structured programme for a leadership group, or focused support for a single executive. Three very different engagements, all running on the same editorial system.

  • Employee Advocacy Programme

Five senior voices, one editorial system

150+ posts published across five months, 12,500+ new followers and 17.4% aggregate audience growth, with comms teams spending less time writing, not more.

  • The LinkedIn Visibility Programme

30 participants across departments at a legacy national broadcaster.

Six hands-on sessions, one toolkit the team still runs from, and a follow-on executive engagement won on the strength of the results.

  • For leaders scaling presence with AI

Executive level product activation, scaled to +130 languages

A creator-led product activation and an executive avatar delivering internal communications across 130+ languages, extending one leader's presence globally without extending their calendar.

  • For individual leaders who want ongoing support

    Ninety Days of Consistent Publishing

64 posts in a single quarter. 4,860 reactions, 271 comments and +697 followers, with engagement rate up from 1.8% to 2.14% and an Influence Index score that moved from Emerging Authority to Industry Leader.

Patrick Shea-Stamford

Founder & CEO

Patrick Shea-Stamford founded Prolific Voices to help organisations turn the expertise already inside their teams into a voice the market trusts.

He was a founding member of LinkedIn’s Creator Management team, scaling it to 65 creator managers globally and helping shape the Top Voices programme, which means he has seen what makes people publish consistently, and what makes them stop.

Over the past decade he has worked with communications teams, executives and employee cohorts across industries, including Google and YouTube, building advocacy programmes that scale without losing authenticity.

Today his work focuses on employee voice programmes: the editorial systems, guidance and enablement that make participation easy, consistent and aligned to business priorities. He is an accredited LinkedIn Learning Instructor and a regular speaker on employee advocacy and the future of trusted communications.
